Unfortunately, we cannot except returns or issue refunds for beer unless we have not fulfilled the order correctly. Please see here for the correct way to look after our beer.. If you are unhappy with the beer or the quality please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.
You can return non-perishable goods to us within 28 days of receipt providing they are in their original condition. We can offer exchange or refund for the items. Please call us on 01453860120 to arrange.
All returns will need to be sent to us via recorded delivery to Uley Brewery, 31 The Street, Uley, GL11 5TB or dropped at the same address and handed to a member of staff.
